All types of alloyed and non-alloyed steel, ball bearing steel and stainless steel are processed in our forging presses. It goes without saying that we constantly monitor the quality of the steel being used – from goods receipt through to delivery of finished parts.

We produce workpieces in a weight range from 0.5 to 7.5 kg for large-scale series production. Optimised machine application and material usage are our guarantee for economic series production in narrow tolerance ranges while ensuring all quality standards even with complex components.

Our forged parts are highly resilient due to their favourable grain flow. A controlled forming temperature and systematic heat treatment help us to achieve a grain structure that is as conducive to fatigue durability as it is advantageous for mechanical processing.
